Templewood Clinic - Iver Heath, Bucks - Osteopath, Homoeopath, Sports Injury Treatments, Beauty Therapy & Holistic Massage

Each individual is unique and therefore a strategy that works for one person will not necessarily work for the next, even if the symptoms appear similar.  This is why it may be necessary to seek the advice of a therapist who can assess your needs on an individual basis.

There are two options for treatment – both are individualised to each client and suitable for anyone looking for a natural approach to health.

Nutritional Therapy offers a full diet and supplement programme, and is suitable for treatment of specific conditions. It may be of moderate to high intensity and so you will need to be committed to changing your diet (and often lifestyle) to succeed.

Dietary Advice
is for those who want to take simple steps to improve their general health (eg low energy, dull skin, bloating, indigestion etc). Practical dietary and lifestyle changes will be recommended in your own easy-to-follow action plan.

This is a holistic, naturopathic treatment which aims to rectify imbalances in the body through the use of a therapeutic diet and supplement programme.  The aim is to keep the dietary recommendations realistic, although the more you are able to change the better the results will be!

Dietary guidelines and a supplement programme will be drawn up and sent to you, along with a written summary of your treatment.  A follow up session is offered after 4-6 weeks when your progress will be assessed and the treatment plan modified if necessary.  The number of sessions and time taken to reach your goal will vary, this can be discussed at your first visit.

You will be asked to keep a food diary for a few days before your session, which we will look at and discuss together.  You will be asked details of your current health concerns and your lifestyle.

The aim is to identify simple, achievable changes that you can make to your diet (and lifestyle if appropriate) in order to improve your wellbeing.

Following the session you will be sent a written summary in the form of a personal action plan, giving you step by step goals to work towards.
